Outline: To develop your knowledge, raise your awareness and explore the practical application of coaching tools, tactics and techniques to adapt delivery to meet the needs of disabled players. It aims to help grassroots clubs and coaches become more confident and inclusive towards coaching disabled players.


Learning Objectives:

  • Explore some of the key messages from the CDF e-module
  • Develop an understanding of good coaching for disabled players
  • Consider adaptations to your coaching practice to meet your players needs
  • CPD content is paired with an online workshop, which can be completed before the event for greater context and understanding of delivery outcomes 


Workshop Prerequisites: learners are required to:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • To book you must operate within a Birmingham affiliated club or organisation
  • For accredited CPD hours to be updated to FAN learner must be assigned to a team in the FA Club Portal in a coaching role
