Topic: Creating a Positive Matchday Experience

Minimum Age: 18 to attend 


Outline: 

A great learning opportunity for coaches to create a team culture, not just with the players, but with parents too. Learn about how habits and routines can create positive behaviours on and off the pitch. Develop coaching environments which are underpinned by a culture where everyone feels part of the team


Learning outcomes: 

  1. Provide practical support which will enable you to manage match days positively.
  2. Explore strategies which have a positive impact on you, players, parents, carers & a matchday environment.
  3. Signpost to further resources and support which will sustain progress for you & your club


Workshop Prerequisites: learners are required to:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • To book you must operate within a Birmingham affiliated club or organisation


Delivered by: FA Accredited Coach Developers 


Notes: 

  • This event will be classroom-based with some pitch activity/observation. Please bring suitable footwear for 3G surface. 
  • Please bring pen/pad and your own refreshments for the duration of the event.
  • Please ensure you bring any medication required for conditions such as Asthma, Diabetes, Allergies etc.
  • FA Accredited CPD: learner must be assigned to in FA club portal to a coaching role for hours to be updated to FAN
