Creating a Positive Environment

It is crucial for coaches to provide the right condition for players to thrive. It doesn't matter what setting you coach in- creating a positive environment is really important. A positive environment is the foundation from which players can learn and perform and it allows coaches to focus on developing individuals within the team.
In this workshop, we will explore the benefits that this can create in both training sessions and on matchdays. You will see examples of training sessions to support the development of players and to take back to your coaching environments to try and implement.
After attending the workshop, 2 hours of Coach Development will be added to your FAN record.

The BBFA Coaches Network will be a platform available for coaches to access a variety of topics in both a virtual and face-to-face setting with workshops and sessions being delivered by The FA Regional Coach Development Team and our much-valued workforce of local deliverers. After attending sessions and workshops you will also have access to via our Community Group to resources including sessions plans and to also network with us a County FA and other coaches from across the region giving you the opportunity to share best practices and ideas.
