Ongoing learning is important for coaches to continue their development as grassroots coaches. Across the season we will be running a series of workshops to support coach development. Please find below information regarding this workshop:


How to Deliver Engaging Coaching Sessions for 17+ Year Olds

Who is it for? Anyone coaching 17+ year olds including open-age (adult) football in a safe, fun, enjoyable environment.  



The aim of this workshop is to explore:


1- To discuss the challenges coaches face when working with players aged 17+ 

2- To develop strategies to support player development across all 4 corners

3- To observe some practical activities to motivate, empower and engage your players




Date: Monday 9th June 2025

Time: 7:30pm-9:30pm

Venue: Arborfield Green Leisure Centre, Arborfield, Reading, RG2 9GB 

Host: Arun Brar

Cost: £10

FA CPD Hours: 2 accredited CPD hours (Coaches Level 1 to 3)
