Ongoing learning is important for coaches to continue their development as grassroots coaches. Across the season we will be running a series of workshops to support coach development. Please find below information regarding this workshop:

How to Deliver Engaging Coaching Sessions for 12 to 16 year olds

Who is it for? Anyone coaching 12 to 16 year olds wishing to run a team in a safe, fun, enjoyable environment.  

The aim of this workshop is to explore:

1- To discuss the challenges coaches face when working with players aged 12-16

2- To develop strategies to support player development across all 4 corners

3- To observe some practical activities to motivate, empower and engage your players

Date: Monday 25th November 2024

Time: 7pm-9pm

Venue: SportsPark, University of Reading, Reading, RG6 6DJ.

Cost: £10

FA CPD Hours: 2 accredited CPD hours (Coaches Level 1 to 3)
