CPD Event for Level 3 coaches

Duration of the course: 2 Hours

Course content:

This event covers all the fundamental elements to Talent Identification as well as providing an insight into how The FA use it in the England DNA to identify potential future England players. The event is set up so that by the end you will be able to answer these 4 key questions:

What do we mean when we talk about Talent?

How can we identify players who have the potential to be successful in the future?

What are the challenges to identifying talent?

What do we look for and how to look for it.

The event is being tutored by David Court from The FA Talent ID team who has been a leading professional on Talent Identification for a number of years.
