CPD Level 1/2 Coaches
The England DNA is the playing and coaching philosophy of the England teams and consists of 5 core elements:
How we Coach
How we Play
The Future Player
How we Support
Who we are
This CPD event will focus on HOW
WE PLAY with more specific detail around Out of Possession. The Out of Possession model has 3 key components:
Pressing
Delay, Deny, Dictate
Emergency Defending
To delve into even finer detail
around out of
possession the theme of the event will be Emergency Defending.
There are moments in a match when my team are disorganised and simply stopping a shot or pass to a goal scoring position is imperative. This CPD will look into what emergency defending is and practices that may help players become more confident at defending in disorganised situations.
