This workshop will look at creating the right coaching and match day environment for your players based on the age group you are working with.

Kevin Green, FA Regional Coach Mentor Officer for London will be delivering the workshop and looking at:

* Effective ways of communicating with your players
* The importance of the fundamentals of coaching
* Planning for the long term

This session is primarily aimed at youth coaches but is open to all to attend.
