To develop learners knowledge and understanding of advanced principles of Talent Identification.
Focusing on an individuals ability to make evidence based decisions relating to the recruitment of players within professional football. 

Course Outcomes:

Learning objectives for the FA Level 3 in Talent Identification

1. Critically examine current decision-making processes within the learners individual context 

2. Critically review the report writing and recording processes to determine best practice and inform the decision-making process.
3. Understand how the 4-corner model can be used to inform the decision making process.
4. Explore practical strategies to inform Talent Identification practices.

Course Pre-Requisites:

Completion of Talent Identification Level 2

Hold a valid FA Safeguarding Children qualification

Who is it for?:

Staff working full time in Talent Identification and recruitment within the professional game
