Refreshments and catering:

Refreshments and lunch will be provied on each day of the conference for all coaches.

A three course gala dinner will be provided for those who select this package. Please note drinks will need to be purchased separately.

Accommodation:

Accommodation is optional, should you select this package you will be staying in the Hilton Hotel at St. George’s Park.

When booking your accommodation, please be aware there are two options available.

1) A Single Room - This means you will have single occupancy (double or twin room)

2) A Twin Room - This means you can specify who you would like to share a room with, alternatively we will pair you with another coach who has selected this option (twin room)

Physical requirements:

Please note the conference will take place in the Hilton Hotel at St. George’s Park.

If you have a disability that may prevent you from being able to move around the hotel easily,  then this should be made known to the course organiser at the point of registration. The course organiser will then take any necessary steps to cater for these requirements to ensure all attendees are fully included throughout.

Practical participation will not be required throughout the conference.

Please pay particular attention to the refund policy as summarised below:

- Following on from your initial booking, you have 7 days to cancel assuming we have not already begun to provide chargeable services in connection with your place – In which case no refund will be provided.

- If you cancel your Enrolment more than 8 (eight) weeks prior to the scheduled start date of the Course, we will refund your Booking Fee less an administration fee of £30.00

- If you cancel your Enrolment between 8 (eight) weeks and 4 (four) weeks prior to the scheduled start date of the Course, we will refund your Booking Fee less the sum of £30.00, plus an additional sum of £20.00 for each day that the Course lasts

- If you cancel your Enrolment less than 4 (four) weeks prior to the scheduled start date of the Course, you will not be entitled to any refund, although we may, in our sole discretion, agree to refund part of the Booking Fee in exceptional circumstances.
