The course fee will be £535 per delegate however for those who have been identified and accepted as trainee tutors or those that work within the FA or County FA’s will be eligible for a discounted rate.

Cancellation Fees

• Within 7 days of enrolling onto the course you are entitled to a full refund.
• If you cancel your enrolment more than 8 weeks prior to the scheduled start date of the course, we will refund your booking fee less an administration fee of £30.00.
• If you cancel your enrolment between 8 weeks and 4 weeks prior to the scheduled start date of the course, we will refund your booking fee less the sum of £30.00, plus an additional sum of £20.00 for each day that the Course lasts (Course fee minus £90.00).
• If you cancel your enrolment less than 4 weeks prior to the scheduled start date of the course, you will not be entitled to any refund, although we may, in our sole discretion, agree to refund part of the Booking Fee in exceptional circumstances.

Course Description

The FA Developer Programme

This three-day programme  is intended for all tutors and coaches who deliver on FA Learning courses. Through this programme we hope to equip a generation of developers who can exert positive influence on the delivery and design of all FA Learning Courses and Events going into the future.

The improved programme has been built around what we agree are the competencies of the FA Developer.  It is through the competencies that participants will be able to judge their progress and identify areas for further development.  The competencies also help the tutors on The FA Developer Programme ensure that all participants reach or can reach the required standards.

The programme provides an understanding of modern learning techniques and their application in development and training situations. It gives an opportunity for participants to practice the techniques in a safe environment.

As a participant you will benefit from:

• an intensive training programme designed around modern learning methodology
• structured opportunities to reflect on your own professional practice and the applications of modern learning to the design of development and training experiences
