To enable the development and execution of a talent strategy to respond to the challenges of the modern game.Course Outcomes:
1. To understand and apply the requirements of an effective leader of a Talent ID department
2. To develop critical awareness of optimal practice in talent leadership within and outside of football

Head of Talent Identification within the professional game
